Authorized Reseller Policy

A note about sellers on Amazon.com: When purchasing FODZYME® products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly below the Buy Now button on the product page or in the checkout page. Official, authentic products are "shipped from Amazon" and "sold by FODZYME." If you purchase a product from an unauthorized reseller, you will not be eligible for our customer service support or warranties. All resellers who sell through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of FODZYME® products.
1. Policy Purpose
Kiwi Health, Inc. is committed to ensuring customers receive authentic products that meet our quality, safety, and warranty standards. To protect our customers and our FODZYME® brand integrity, Kiwi Health, Inc. restricts sales of our products to our own official sales channels and to our authorized resellers.
2. Authorized Sales Channels

3. Unauthorized Sales
Any individual or entity selling Kiwi Health, Inc. (FODZYME®) products without express written authorization is an unauthorized reseller. Such products:
- May be obtained from unknown or unreliable sources.
- Are not eligible for manufacturer warranty or customer support.
- May be materially different from the authentic product due to lack of quality control, storage, or handling standards.
4. MAP Requirement
No authorized reseller may advertise any Kiwi Health product at a price below the MAP set forth in Kiwi Health's then-current MAP Price Schedule, which Kiwi Health may update from time to time upon notice to resellers. This Policy governs advertised prices only and applies to all public-facing price displays, including websites, online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, third-party storefronts), digital and print advertisements, and social media. It does not restrict the price at which a reseller may sell products to consumers at the point of transaction.
5. Enforcement
Kiwi Health reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue selling to any reseller that does not comply with this Policy. Kiwi Health may also take action to protect its trademarks and brand where independently warranted.
6. No Agreement
This Policy is adopted unilaterally by Kiwi Health. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as an agreement between Kiwi Health and any reseller regarding pricing. Resellers are free to set their own transaction prices.
