A note about sellers on Amazon.com: When purchasing FODZYME® products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly below the Buy Now button on the product page or in the checkout page. Official, authentic products are “shipped from Amazon” and “sold by Kiwi Health, Inc.”

If you purchase a product from an unauthorized reseller, you will not be eligible for our customer service support or warranties. All resellers who sell through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of FODZYME® products.

1. Policy Purpose

Any individual or entity selling Kiwi Health, Inc. (FODZYME®) products without express written authorization is an unauthorized reseller. Such products:

• May be obtained from unknown or unreliable sources.
• Are not eligible for manufacturer warranty or customer support.
• May be materially different from the authentic product due to lack of quality control, storage, or handling standards.

4. Enforcement

Kiwi Health, Inc. reserves the right to:

• Report unauthorized listings to Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Pursue legal action for trademark infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition.
• Deny warranty or service to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

5. Minimum Advertising Price (MAP) Policy

No third party is authorized to advertise or sell Kiwi Health, Inc. products below the prices set by Kiwi Health, Inc. Any such activity constitutes unauthorized resale and may result in enforcement actions under applicable intellectual property, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
